The sequel, The Juliette Society Book II: The Janus Chamber was released in the USA on October 11th 2016 from Cleis Press.
You can now order it here.
UK:
In the UK, it was released on the 17th of November 2016, published by Sphere/Little Brown Books.

- Q?Why didn’t you do any signings or giveaways in America?

It is not the choice of any author where s/he would like to visit for book signings. The Juliette Society was published simultaneously in many foreign countries, which made it possible for publishers to organize events and signings together, throughout Europe, Brazil, and Mexico. Sasha Grey created scavenger hunts independently while on tour, and that same interaction was not possible to replicate in the US. Unfortunately in America, the US publishers decided against a publicity tour. The Juliette Society was published in 25 countries. While it would have been great to say thank you to everyone who supported the book, it simply wasn’t possible.
